Example canonical knowledge unit

This file is the canonical shape of a commons-approved KU on disk: a propose.json-compatible payload, kebab-case slug filename, placed under approved/synthetic because Mozilla.ai has signed it off and it was hand-authored.

When adding a new synthetic KU, copy this file and edit. When promoting a real KU from pending/real/ to approved/real/, git mv it; do not re-author.
